Review: Lush Key Lime Pie Lip Balm

IMG_0318Bonjour! It’s Ice.

It is good to be finally back here. After 4 months, I am going to post another blog— review.

For today’s review, I am going to review the Lush lip balm: the Key Lime Pie.

The packaging is so cute because it is small and in a tin can, and you can smell the lime there. When you open it, you will see the green like a lime and smell like a lime too. The balm has glitters that make it so cute. When it comes to putting it on your lips, it so good and it looks like lip gloss because it has glitters. It makes my lips so soft as I used it. It is smooth while applying it.

However, the price is still expensive for this kind of balm. I think this balm ranges $10.95 (outside of P) and 500-600PHP (in Philippines). Yet, this is good for get ready occasions and for those who are not fan of colour lipsticks or balms.

Au revoir!

[I hope you enjoy this. I will post my next blogpost in our Foundation Week because I do not have time for now yet.]

Evening Skin routine is very important part of our day. Because it is like treating or taking care of your skin throughout the whole tiring day. It will cleanse your face and make your face looking good.

So here, I am going to start.

First, I use Bioré Cleansing Oil to remove dirt or make-uo from my face. I am usually do it for 4 minutes. I do it in circular motion. Then, after that, I wash it with lukewarm water. Second, I wash my face with Celeteque or Simple Facial wash and I, also do it in circular motion. It feels refreshing, though. And it gives you a cooling effect on your face. Third is, I use Simple Micellar Water as my toner. It is great face toner because it has no scent, alcohol free, and can use it as make-up remover. Then, fourth is Clean and Clear Moisturizer. To hydrate my face. Fifth is, I put eyelift cream, which is Quick FX, under my eyes and also, in my eyelids to avoid puffiness. Sixth is, I put my Burt’s Bees Promegranate flavor lip balm or Vaseline lip therapy lip balm because my lip gets dry easily. And lastly, my Castor Oil for my lashes and eyebrows to grow them because I do not have long lashes and thick brows.

Beside that, I also exfoliate like 3 times a week. I used Lush’s Cup o’ Coffee face and body mask. I really love that because of the scent of coffee and then, the coffee ground on your face. I put it on my face and spread it for 10-15 minutes. I massage it until the coffee grounds dissolve and wash it with water. I put also, facial mask to moisturize and nourishment of my face. I use Watson’s facial masks. I use also, the Vedette Honey peeling mask and Clay mask. I also use Beauty Fix’ Nose and Watson’s Nose Pore Strip packs for minimizing my pores and white or blackheads.

Tips:

• Do not hold or touch your face with hand constantly.

• Wash your hands first (before putting Cleansing Oil or Facial Cleanser) with anti-bacterial soap or use alcohol.

•  Keep your hair away from your face.

• If products get your face makes itchy or irritate, do not use it. It might be worsen your face if you still use it, though.

• Consult on doctor on skin or Dermatologist first before using any products on your face even in body skin.

• Use products that are suitable for your skin or skin types. Determine first what your skin type is. (Dry, Sensitive, or Oily).

• Testing first the product if it suitable for you and for your skin.

• Exfoliate three times a week.

• Do this routine every single day to have best results.

Review: Jollibee’s Choco Mallow Pie

Jollibee is one of the best fast food chains in the Philippines. It is affordable yet the foods are so delicious. Jollibee is best known for their Chicken Joy, Spaghetti and others. Now, Jollibee has a new product. It is the Choco Mallow pie. Many citizens are buying them and also, they find it so yummy and sweet. So I am going to have a review for it.

Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

I am so excited to taste this new product of Jollibee so, last week I was going to buy it but they said it was sold-out. For today, I got 3 of them. I am so happy.

I opened it and I saw the burnt pie. Then, I sliced it into pieces and saw the chocolate oozing. The pie is small. When I tasted it, it tasted delicious but when you eating it again it is so hurt in my throat. It was yummy but I am not a fan of chocolates so.

I am going to rate this 3/5. It is delicious and sweet but I am not suggesting this for non chocolate people or people who doesn’t love too much sweets.

Event: Surprise Janina (Vela) at 18

Hey hey hey, Janice here. So I am going to post about the Surprise birthday celebration for Janina Vela by her fellow Vela Fam.

Today is May 7, 2017. Today is the day that we were going to surprise her. Ate Daisy is the one who planned it.

2:50 in the afternoon when I arrived in New World Hotel Manila Bay (where the celebration was going to happen.) When I was there I actually got shocked because it was so pretty and cozy room. It was small yet so comfortable. The theme was Bohemian inspired so we actually dressed like in Coachella. After a long wait, Janina arrived with her family (Tita Jenn, Tito Paolo, Kuya Nate, Ryan and Joaquin) I was so very happy and at the same time, nervous haha. So when they arrived, my fellow VelaFam were so happy and kinda noisy. Me and my friend, Freya (well, we were actually met in that place hahah) we both so silent but we were happy inside.

IMG_7985

While we were just eating, Chloe, David, Zach and Gabie (Janina and Nate’s friends) came. I was like “OH MY GOODNESS. I AM NOT READY FOR THIS.”IMG_8105

Janina was sitting beside her Vela Fam and near with me.

I don’t know how to feel like I was happy, nervous omg it was mixed emotions. It was so fun to meet new people and to gain friends. I thought that girl is so sophisticated but she’s not hahaha. I don’t really know how to tell the whole story because my mind was still shocked. I have  seen her thrice and met her twice. I am so thankful and grateful that God is always giving me a chance to meet her and other people who are my inspiration in life.

Travel: Venice Grand Canal Mall

Venice Grand Canal in a night view mode.

Hey, I am back again. Welcome to my first Ice Aventure Diaries!

May 4, 2017, me and my friends went to BGC and Venice Grand Canal mall to roam around.

Around 4 pm, we went in Venice Grand Canal mall to see the Gondola and the lights when the night comes. When we were there ( it was not my first time but) the buildings are so colorful – they painted such a pleasant in the eyes. Then, I went in KFC to buy a meal and my friends were in McDo to buy their own foods.

Fast forward to 7pm, we went in one of the bridge there and saw the beautiful Venice Grand Canal mall in night view mode. Ahhh! It’s so pretty during night. As you can see in the slideshow, the lights are so great and I really want to ride the Gondola but I didn’t have too much money that time (because the 1 person per ride is 350php). So we just picture taking, roam around in the mall and window shopping.

It was all worth it guys even if you don’t ride the gondola 🙂

February 2017

(When I first time came here, me and my classmate rode this Gondola for our project.)

DIY AESTHETIC: Gratitude Sparkly Jar

IMG_7833Hey, it’s Ice.
Welcome to my new DIY content.
Tonight, my DIY is about Sparkly Gratitude Jar inspired by Jordan Clark in YouTube. I did it because it was so cute and I, also love glittery and sparkly DIYs. And this DIY is so easy and the materials needed is easy to find in your house or in malls.
Materials needed:
• Jar (any size you want). Mine, I got small ’cause I really love cute things and I bought this from DIVISORIA (Tabora Street) for 10 pesos.

IMG_7826
• Beads
• Glitters
• Shaker Beads

IMG_7824
• Paper and Ribbon (for the gratitude letter).

STEPS AND PROCEDURES:
First, get your jar and fill it up with beads, glitters or anything you want to look it cute or fancy. Next if you want to add details on your jar, you can decorate it with ribbons or beads. After you do that, write a letter for why are you so grateful for today or a gratitude letter, and roll it and tie a ribbon around, and put it on jar.
Do this everyday.

(Disclaimer: I want to give credits to Jordan Clark because I got this idea from her. Love lots .x)

Event: Shawn Mendes Live in Manila

March 18, 2017

I attended Shawn Mendes’ first concert here in Philippines. Before that, I bought/ purchased my ticket with my best friend in SM MOA. I was excited back then, but when October came they re-scheduled it on March 18, 2017. It is okay for me because October last year was a damn hell.

So go back to the concert, me and my things for my concerts were prepared. Like I am fooking prepared because this is my first time, alone attending a concert.

On that day, I woke up early like 6:00 in the morning and prepared my things. I went there 12:00 in the afternoon and ate our lunch in KFC. I waited for Shawn in the back of the arena along with my Mendes Army. I met my Internet besties/ Concert buddies, although they were in Gen. Ad. and me was in Lower Box A. I met new people – friends.

When I was inside, I freaking out like OMG!!! Then, the show came out and it was all freaking GREAT!!!!! Like I shouted till my mouth went dry and cried of course because I am so proud of him. OMG!!! I could not believe that I saw him with my two eyess. I heard his voice, it sounds like in the videos that I watched and listened. His voice is naturally natural (WHAT THE F IS I AM SAYING). All in all, his performance was jaw-dropping. I couldn’t believe it was so fast :(.

I went home happy and sad. PCD IS REAL :<.
